A little longer than a year ago, we set out to create a tool to automate the lead flow for insurance agents. We learned from them that admin tasks like submitting information for an insurance application suck up too much of their valuable time that could be better used to sell policies and support customers with the intricacies of insurance.

Along the way, we created tools like Fact Finder, Onibot, the Genade Customer Dashboard, and services like Website Optimization to run insurance agencies tedious pre-sales and lead management tasks on autopilot. We're proud of the products we built, and even more so, for having worked with beautiful people like our customers and partners.

The pandemic hit our nascent business hard, by challenging our team dynamics and by making it harder to proliferate without the in-person, face-to-face interaction required to understand better our customers' workflows hence improving our products.

We regret to announce that we are shutting down Genade Inc. effective today, 31st December, 2020.

Genade's story ends here. Many challenges in the world of insurance agents' productivity, lead management, and customer acquisition remain unsolved, and we failed to create a sustainable platform for running an insurance agency on autopilot. For this, we're deeply sorry.

We want to take this opportunity to say thank you. Thank you to all of our supporters and customers. You have provided ideas and feedback, attended user sessions and focus groups, worked alongside us, pushed us, and been there with us every step of the way. Your support has never gone unnoticed and will always be appreciated.

Can I still access my Genade Customer Dashboard?

​While the company ceases operations and cancels your subscription on December 31, 2020, your accounts and records will be deleted within the next 30 days. Until then, you can still access your Genade Customer Dashboard at this link.

Is Onibot still working?

​All products and services related to Onibot have now ended. Your personal Onibot link is going to be still active for a few days. We advise you to remove the Onibot link from your website, email or anywhere else you used to share it.

I need to access customer submissions made during the winter holidays break. What do I do?

​Onibot has sent all your submissions by email so you should have all the information you need in your inbox. If you miss anthing, please emal team@genade.co.

Will I receive any further charges?

​Your subscription has now ended and you will receive no further charges from Genade.
